UKGBC warns DCLG about exemptions

Earlier this month, Intelligent Building Today reported that the Government’s preferred option would be that sites building 10 units or fewer would be exempt from the allowable solutions aspect of zero carbon homes policy as it believes smaller housebuilders would struggle to meet the zero carbon standard.
