Carl Nelson head of CRN Building Consultancy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) has extensive knowledge of Modern Method of Construction (MMC), Off-site Pre-fabricated Building Systems and has experience of cost management on a wide variety of projects. Experienced in pre and post contract delivery of several complex projects, both in the UK and Europe gained whilst serving in HM Forces (Defence Estates projects) and private practice working with Zurich Insurance and Developers in the London area.
We offer a professional Project Management & Building Advisory service to both construction professionals and private clients.
CRN Building Consultancy is regulated by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and registered with the Chartered Building Consultancy Scheme (CBC).
