Institute of Building (CIOB) has extensive knowledge of Modern Method of Construction (MMC), Off-site Pre-fabricated
Building Systems and has experience of cost management on a wide variety of projects. Experienced in pre and post contract
delivery of several complex projects, both in the UK and Europe gained whilst serving in HM Forces (Defence Estates projects)
and private practice working with Zurich Insurance and Developers in the London area.
CRN Building Consultancy is regulated by the Chartered Institute
of Building (CIOB) and registered with the Chartered Building Consultancy Scheme (CBC).
We provide Developers, Property Investors and homeowners
with sustainable building solutions for both Residential & Commercial Property that meet the latest requirements of Planning &
Building Regulations and the Code for Sustainable Homes.
We have a detailed knowledge of Off-Site systems
and Modern Methods of Construction using Thin Joint clay blocks, Lightweight steel frames and Timber systems both from the
UK and Germany.
Having over 40 years experience in construction projects including Design, Planning,
Project Management using JCT & NEC types of Contract.
